I joined the Screenwise Trends Panel and my account is active, for which I should have received 906 credits. Nothing has been forthcoming however, and I'm not sure how I can raise the matter with WGT.

In the area that you entered the offer, there should be a link for support to the survey/ offer provider.
They will ask you to provide proof that you completed the offer.

I just got thanked for completing a survey and then the sorry you do not qualify popped up.
I wiil stick to the [Take survey] tab as the surveys in the [Complete Offers] tab seem to screw you over most of the time.
