You want to level up but not tier up.
Some people have done this and by doing so can have high level equipment and shoot from closer tees.
I hope they can't enter amateur tourneys though, should be a level limit, not just by tier.
ex: amateur but level 40 or less anything more and you cannot enter, it sucks to lose valuable credits to people like that.
