The 150 ave. and the missing of any stats indicates that a player hasn't played any ranked strokeplay.
Other sources for levels and XPs are
- games which do not show in the stats (e.g. practice strokeplay),
- continuous days played bonus (achievable with "invisible" practice holes),
- level boosts.
This ain't suspicious in itself, as each player is free in the choice of his presence here. Alas, a grain of suspicion dereives from permanent "hidden" activity, and it would be must suspicious if such player would buy some good clubs at the appropriate level, e.g. G20s @lvl59 and then roam through the RGs and such.
My guess then would point to a secondary "sleeper" account.
One should think that they diminish because there's nothing worth buying any more...
