  Right, the "cookies" pop up is gone, I believe, but some people are still getting the "banned from volume 11 message". We are investigating this.

  i think those 3rd party cookies are telling mercedes ( the advert i see) that I don't make enough money for one any how lol.  damn those cookies

  WGT this is pathetic now. One thing corrected only to bring forth another error. And who the hell asks you to order numbers in a row just to send an email that they refuse to answer other than to say they received your complaint !!! The WGT experience is creating more aggravationnow than any pleasure from playing the game. Exert some pressure on Live Gamer ...please!!!

  "banned from volume 11 message"  Is  NO longer a problem here.

  bottom banner videos are working again.

  OK I'm bumping this up because it seems the problem is back again.

  I've been banned from volume 11 since yesterday, no idea why except maybe because they allowed you to watch them repeatedly, and they decided that wasn't allowed.....even though they allowed it.

  Anyway can someone please find out what the problem is?
