Error Message - Volume 11

    does this mean Livegamer gets asked about it from WGT staffers or does this mean wgt will let us know should Livegamer stumble upon this all on their own and bother to inform WGT?  

    this likely falls into the 'you never know' category lol

    I got a reply from WGT Support :

    Unfortunately this is a Live Gamer issue, we would ask that you please submit a support ticket to Live Gamer to so that they can let you know more about why you received that error.

    It doesn't look like WGT-Support  . . .  is too concerned about this.

    Once again WGT not supporting its customers. WGT let Live Gamer on their site so WGT should support it customers and handle the problem with Live Gamer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Seredipity..or..lightning strkes twice.(especially if you hold a 2 iron up in the air...or....Well DUH!!. Some time in the past I ran my super duper WinZip Registry Optimizer. After which , when trying "earn free credits.watch videos" the videos wouldn't load. $@#&^%$ Optimizer!!  Today I ran my Super Duper........After which , when trying to "earn free credits watch videos" I got 'third party cookies must be allowed". %^%$#*@ Opimizer.....err.....whoops.OR ...Duh.Hmmm twice burned , once learned?

    well i didnt run anything or do anything differently and i get the same messge also. its happens on all three of my computers so i think its WTG  problem.

    Man today was the first day i got extra videos again and now I'm getting the browser must accept cookies message. I'd pull my hair out but i don't have that much left anymore !!!

    We do not get many videos anyway where I come from but now its the 3rd party cookies on the carousel. Our only source of regular credits...well you know what I mean.

    Lets go WGT...livegamer needs fixing.

    I have the same problem Today is day 6 and I still have"nt heard a word from Live Gamer. I have left 7 messages, As of today, Still nothing

    When you think about it, Live Gamer should have phone support. It's been 6 days since I gave them the support ticket. I have gone on the site every day and leave messages ( you know how many they have answered? ) NONE! Live Gamer needs to have phone support to handle things like this. 6 Days and no answers ( Unfriggen real ) I have gone on their site every day to find out whats going on, They never contact me, They don't anwer any of my questions. I think it's time for a new company to move in and replace Live Gamer.

    But All of this is just a dream!

    Sorry about LiveGamer, folks. If the problem was with a service that WGT produces, we would be able to give you a better response. Keep contacting them and they should get back to you eventually.

    I saw the pop-up message yesterday, but the carousel works for me today, FWIW

    UPDATE: We believe the issue with LiveGamer has been resolved. Things seem to work this morning for all of us, but if anyone reading this still has problems let me know :)

    the carousel is working for me today too.

    just the extra videos, in the bottom banner is giving us,

            . . " Banned from Volume 11 "

                    thanks for the update.

    PS.    Just incredible that LiveGamer either

             doesn't care / or want to respond to our inquiries.
