Neither is Congressional ... they were added last year.
It's an old thread you are bringing back. There was no RSG, Congressional, Whistler,Cabo or Olympic. They came later around April 2011... and this year
All depends on the tees of course... St Andrews was cake from the masters tees... much tougher from Legend! I just wanted to point out that Olympic Front 9 is the hardest 9 holes from Legend tees... IMO... easiest would be Cabo Front?
TracyMax: I'd move Kiawah up the ranking on both halves, I have most trouble on this course. St. Andrews is hard because of the uneven fairways and the "hole" in the middle of the fairways they call "traps" and the hilly greens. Then I'd put Bethpage front and back. Haven't played Oakmont or any of the tourney courses. Keep on swinging!

Two years later I'd have to amend my original post. I'd probably go with Pinggirl's original list pretty much now adding RSG after Bethpage, though they are pretty close.( i really do not like RSG as a added note)..
