Currently they are not available for stroke play for any players.

To further embellish DB's answer, they were photographed with only CTTH in mind so could not be converted to stroke play as thousand's more photos would be required. This is a timely and expensive process- do a search of the forums.

I think that means not yet........ maybe in time....... and maybe not at all.
Ok cool, thank you for the responses that was all I needed to know. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't the only person missing out on these courses because of something I needed to unlock :P
