Worse is the internet radio offer that requires you to listen to their programs with advertisements for 30 minutes before they give you a code to punch in so you can collect 6 credits.
Most of the time I don't bother with them. If people don't respond to those ads in large enough numbers the advertisers will either adjust the ads to a more acceptable level or they will no longer offer them at all on this site.
When I actually play one that is a poor payout I run it while I'm helping the kids with their homework. I just mute the sound while it is playing and look at the computer every once in a while to see if the ad is finished. I've also been known to run them on mute while I'm cooking dinner or doing the dishes. I don't actually watch them.
