I agree and has been mentioned in the past, but alas, nothing has happened to change it.
As you say, often it is too late unless you can remember the name. I have a few players blocked but not many and can only remember a couple of names, but then again I generally play with friends rather than randoms. That takes all the hassle out of either getting abusive players and means you usually can finish a game.
