Some of the post I have read seem to be criticizing the site for having some bugs and problems. I am under the impression that developers release software in beta so the users can help in it's development.
This user is very impressed with the product. I am willing to help them succeed so I can continue to enjoy this game. WEB monitors take note! Feel free to ask for any help you need.
