I am bemused because when have sent a message to wgt customer support i get a reply saying
Thank you for contacting wgt member services, your request is being reviewed by our support staff. HOWEVER DUE TO THE HOLIDAY IN THE USA there may be a delay in responding to your query.
Life must be one long Holiday for the staff at wgt because I have had this message sent me several times over the last 3 weeks.
