  How can a tour master be at 58 avg?   Do you not jump up to legend at 61????

  Enquiring minds want to know!  Well at least this one does.

  And the tour master is not I !  (with the 58 avg. that is )

  That person may not have the required number of ranked rounds to be pushed up to Legend.

  There have been lots of changes to the Tier figures lately, they're not as simple as they once were. (Great smile by the way)
