  Sorry, but no one tells me that I cannot respond in a public forum thread just because I have spent hard earned credits, not to mention a lot of time, in setting up a CC.

  On the subject of poaching, I do not like to poach, nor do I like having players from my CC poached. However, if a cc member is poached and leaves the club, then I see that as an indication that I did not do enough to earn the loyalty of that player. All players are free to leave if they wish to do so and some do, and no doubt some will do in the future. All I can ask of them is to give me feedback on the running of the club and try to accommodate their preferences if possible.

  Off on a slight tangent, googling "Alexander the Great sandwhich" brought this page up. Damn you! now I am hungry...

  wow thats an excellent idea .

   exit interview, what could we do better. One of my best players left us for SEL CC, he's played with me a few times and he's a very nice Kid, maybe I will ask Bubba why he left ....but SEL has a nice set up with all the bells and whistles so he should have a grand time there,

  Alex,

  I left you some factual advice, based on my very limited experience, you chose to delete it.  that's completely fine as quite honestly I couldn't give a rats behind.

   One of your players did indeed leave, he looks to be settling in and i think he'll enjoy the challenge. Whether he would have left you when he did is anyone's guess but was probably sped up by your failed poaching attempt and the response you received.

  No exit interview required, have some ethics and just move on

  Well Ironmanz, if you would like to gift me a pack of Nike L71 Balls , I will leave my cc and come and join yours. As for how long I will stay there is anyones guess though.
