It should show up here about the year 2046.

If it's not an Open venue, major resort, or otherwise famous course, don't stay up late waiting for it.

I would love to see it happen,  I have been fortunate enough to play Valhalla a handful of times and absolutely love the course.  The back 9 walk to the back tees wears on the calves but I would do it again if invited.

I think the work that goes into creating a new course tends to be massively underestimated.  Add a new course?  Just like that?  OK.

Around a quarter of a million photos, who knows how many hours contour mapping, putting it all together, testing (granted, 5 minutes seems to be the norm there) and let's not forget, the course owners have to say yes.

We're likely to get 1-2 courses per year and then probably ones that are currently, or have already, hosted a major.

Valhalla has hosted the PGA and the Senior PGA and is the site of another PGA in the next few years.  A Jack Nicklaus design with basically flat terrain and rolling hills on the front and a lot of elevations changes on the back.  Would be a challenge to map out for WGT but it would be a very nice one to play.

My apologies to Valhalla for my lack of research before answering.

There are many lovely courses that we'd all love to see here but the sad fact is, most of them are never going to make it.  So far we've mostly got courses hosting a major in the year they have been released, we were expecting (or hoping) to get Royal Liverpool this year as it's hosting the British Open but that now seems unlikely.

Even if they gave us 20 courses a year, there would still be some others people wanted.   We're a tricky bunch to keep happy.
