  The USGA always sets up tee locations for the PGA tour at the US Open. Most of the teeing locations are different than the members play. 

  The ladies never play from the PGA tours tee boxes. Normally they play from the members back tee.

  I don't think any of the LPGA would want a shot at the PGA tours tee locations. To play from these tees you must be longgggg. If not you will suffer dearly.

  Where i live the TPC of Louisiana PGA tours tee boxes are at almost 7600 yards. Some holes need a 260 yard carry just to reach the fairway.  Can you imagine the ladies playing from there?

  Last year i watched Nick Watney hit driver 9 iron to one of our longest par 4's. It was set up at 498 yards... lol.

  The PGA tour plays a different game.

  Edit: Matter of fact this years Open at Pinehurst #2 the men will play from 7,500 while the women will play from 6,700 yards. Not even close to the same course.

  Really here at the TPC the members back tee would be to long to host a women's event.

  What difference does it make if it's a par 3 or a par 4. It's the same for everyone.

  The precedent has been there a long time.

  #8 at Oakmont was set at 252 yards for the U.S. Open in 1927.

  #17 at Interlachen played at 262 yards in 1930.

  Given the advancements in equipment and physical training one should expect tees to move back.

  The Ladies German Open, part of the Ladies European Tour, was played on Gut Haeusern (Bavaria) in the last years. I consider it a fairly long course, about 7,400 yds (6710 m) from the amateur tips (white), 6,750 yds (6130 m) from men's regular (yellow) and 6,300 yds (5697 m) from seniors' (blue) tees. From the ladies' tees, 5,700 yds (5207 m).

  In 2008, the set-up for the lady pros was mostly on yellow and blue tees, playing less than 6,600 yds IIRC. I noticed that no Par 5 was above 500 m (550 yds).

  However, a feast for the eyes and a valuable golfer's memory to see Michelle Wie play along with the top German and European ladies.

  The tee and hole locations change each day of a 4-day US Open tournament.

  So the distance each hole plays also changes daily, We really need to see all 4 score cards, not just the one for the final day of play.

  As mentioned, however the course is set up is the same each day for all players. Conditions can change throughout the day, but not the physical distance each hole plays, unless you count the 2 club lengths that define the depth of the teeing ground.
