WGT would need to negotiate a use license with the golf course.
You would need to chip in the $X00,000 it costs to photograph a course, plus the 6 months of so of payroll $$$,$$$ it takes to mold the images and programming into a course we can play here on WGT.
Because of the amount of work involved WGT can only add about 36 new holes per year.
This year WGT is already committed to adding Pinehurst #2 (2014 US Open) for 18 hole stroke play (should just about be ready) and an 18 hole course made up of Bandon Dunes Resort par 3s this year (photographed and in progress).
WGT and the USGA have an agreement to add US Open venues: 2015 - Chambers Bay, 2017- Erin Hills, 2018 - Shinnecock Hills, 2019 - Pebble Beach.
We already have the 2016 US Open venue - Oakmont, and we may get Pebble Beach early (2015?).

Pebble Beach will be a FULL 18 hole course. The course has not been photographed yet so there is not an exact time frame as when it will be released.
Pinehurst will be the next course released. This will be released in the coming months.
Bandon Dunes has been photographed and is in the beginning stages of being put together.
So a Recap - Pinehurst coming soon. Bandon next up, fallish time. Pebble will be a Full 18 and no exact time frame.
