I have played them both in real golf, Kiawah much more than BPB. From the back tees, Kiawah is tougher although still a more fair course. BPB with all the rough around the greens and the huge elevation changes has a lot of places that just aren't fair golf shots, Kiawah has none of those. The green speed seems to have a lot more effect on scoring at Kiawah than BPB, Kiawah has so many small breaks around the holes and BPB is a little more flat with a few exceptions.
