The Legend balls are not worth bothering with IMO. Less durability makes them not cheap. The and the extra distance well OK but at a price.........
The L33 remains the best bargain in the pro shop, and it will not be the link in the chain stopping you get to TL. Personally I prefer the slower meter of the L34 Cally for putting as much as anything. The R11s have great spin, and so you won't find the slight lack of spin on the L34 Cally ball much of an issue. Start getting in to the Nikes and you are in to progressively fine lines for ball travel / wind affect on shot with tiny adjustments of spin / power settings away from the price.
The L33 cally is capable of some very excellent rounds. Whether the difference offered by other balls shows often enough / is worth the price / time spent getting in even more precise settings is up to you................
Settling in with the new clubs I would start with the L33 Cally. After I was getting some good rounds I would then consider an alternative or not as the case may be. Swapping balls will lead to differing results (of course), and so picking one ball, and sticking with it is important too.
