Why not make it simple and say first score in gets the tiebreaker if it comes down to that?
While I understand everyone has their 12 hours to play, it's annoying watching 2-3 players hole up the rest of the group. Really don't think you guys designed the RGs for someone to enter then sit on it and play the next day, just a guess.
I've been trying to think of a way to sort of penalize someone for that. With the recents changes RGs are filling up slower and slower, think adjustments are warranted. Maybe you could do this for at least RGs.
