    70.48 X 200 is a finite number unless you're thinking 70.48 is actually 70.475 or 70.485.
Make it 70.48499999, and I'll agree to Edward: Rounding business!

    Right.

200 rounds is a dividing line in the number of possible strokes hit.

Remember, Average = strokes hit / rounds played. BUT strokes and rounds have to be whole numbers.

Average is shown to 2 decimal points. This leads to rounding once 101 rounds have been played.

1 to 100 rounds there is only 1 possibility for strokes hit

101 to 200 rounds there are 2 possibilities for strokes hit

201 to 400 rounds there are 3 possibilities for strokes hit

401 to 500 rounds there are 5 possibilities for strokes hit

Now if WGT is listening ....

If WGT would show Legend and Tour Legend averages to three decimal points anyone could figure out the number of rounds played by looking at how an average changes after just a few rounds.
