Think of it this way, what a great way to LEARN to play golf. As much practice as you want without paying course fees, learn at your own pace in the conform of your home, without anyone watching as you initially hack at the ball. The program can also give you guidance on how to play, correct your swing which saves you $100 a lesson. You will end up learning a real sport from playing, as well as enhancing WGT to play at home.

Technology moves on, and what we couldn't do then we can do now. I am thinking of a device which has a gyroscope to detect position and rotation, and a couple of accelerometers to get speed and direction of movement in the other directions. All connected to your machine by bluetooth, so its all wireless. It will all fit into a small box which can be attached to a small 20 inch shaft, so it can be swung in your home, or attached to your own clubs if you have the room to swing.

I never saw this product - it sounds like you and the family really enjoyed using it, with WGT online your friends wouldn't even need to come over you could all play together online!

Isn't technology amazing - those simulators cost about $40k and you can now do that in your own home for a few bucks - although a projection screen for your TV might cost a bit more. I have a 60 inch TV so its as good as a screen.
