  You will never fit WGTs (current) game window into a widescreen monitor or tv without the black bars either side unless you oversize or distort the image. If you oversize the image you will lose part of the picture, if you distort the image it'll look just plain wrong.

  Not all 23" displays have the same aspect ratio. Some are more rectangular than others.

  The more rectangular your display, the wider the black borders will be.
