    WGTyphoon:

I can understand the concern of the passes vanishing when someone disconnections. When a player returns to the game although the pass is not visible on their screen anymore if they complete the game they will still receive the contributions. If you are positive you are not receiving the points please make sure to do the following.

    1) Submit a bug report once the game has ended detailing what course, game mode, and how many players you were with when you lost the pass.

    2) Take a screenshot of your Contribution Points and the over CC points and submit it to Customer Support.

This documentation will further assist us in tracking it down. We are working on resolving the display issue for the passes as fast as we can.

    Typhoon:

There are a few problems with your explanation:

    1) It assumes the person experiencing the disconnect can get back into the game before the timer runs out.  I know that I cannot as my system takes a good 2 minutes to load the game client alone if I reboot my computer the time it takes for me to load my profile page and open the game client window is between 5 and 6 minutes.

    2) It assumes the person knows they are the one's facing the issue. Often enough I have been in games where I see the other players spinning but it was me that was having the issue...

    3) It assumes the person inadvertently disconnected rather than just was wanting out of the game.

These additional considerations are very strong arguments for WGT changing the timing of the CC Pass to the end of the game.

Excuse me, Edward, these are very logical but only players' arguments.

The company has successfully introduced a product which works well for their purpose (1), and the rare loss creates even more demand. Why the heck should they turn it upside down when it's >80% usable? Nobody is perfect, why invest more?

Poor mods will have to tell us over and over "we work on this display issue" but that's what they are payed for. We talk about it, the game is active in our heads, they contribute to success.

    (1) Who cares that it's useless nonsense as long as it sells?
