Solving loss of CC passes

    I suggested the following to WGTIcon, and am posting it here for consideration and comment.

    Many of us are losing our CC passes because of player disconnections or other problems during game play.  WGT is not replacing any of these CC passes, at least I have not seen any of the 8 to 10 I've lost restored.

    I suggest that WGT consider, programming capability permitting, activation of  the pass at the END of the game or match....that way, CC pass will not be lost due to server problems during the game, disconnects, etc.

    I agree fully. It has happened to me a few times and I don't think it is fair to us who use our passes just to forfeit them because of other people who have connection problems.

     

    I hope this issue will be resolved soon.

    It's been suggested a few times but WGT said that they will not be doing this.

    So sad, Courteney.....just lost another one due to bad connections from one of our alt shot players.

    It's been said to many times to count either use the pass playing solo or take your chance with others and get nothing 

    I think using the pass at the end of a round would be worth more to the folks that quit games when it's going bad

    Agreed.   I keep losing passes left and right before i even gt to tee off.  I play a Blitz game with a pass, and one of the users keeps loading and then disconnects us all.  I lose my pass and all the points I would had because of my consecutive days played. That's why I would never buy a pass, and only use free passes.

    yes just happened to me again. what are we to do only use a pass when we play alone? come on theres got to be a better way

    I've lost several to the same problem .... needs attention

    I like the intent of it, make it worth belonging to a CC, but if we can help gain the XP ... whats the point

    I can understand the concern of the passes vanishing when someone disconnections. When a player returns to the game although the pass is not visible on their screen anymore if they complete the game they will still receive the contributions. If you are positive you are not receiving the points please make sure to do the following.

    1) Submit a bug report once the game has ended detailing what course, game mode, and how many players you were with when you lost the pass.

    2) Take a screenshot of your Contribution Points and the over CC points and submit it to Customer Support.

    This documentation will further assist us in tracking it down. We are working on resolving the display issue for the passes as fast as we can.
