    Not suggesting he should be banned, just odd to have a mod comment without mentioning an obvious rules violation. Multi-accounting for any reason is not good in general... Thus against the rules.

    Back on the subject. This issue is happening all the time to us mobile players. I did try this myself and it worked. Could very well be a coincidence.. I just played a round on the computer. After it was complete the mobile app loaded the player profile correctly and I could play. It was short lived... I closed the app after a couple of rounds and now seem to have the same issue.

    This my friend means nothing here - I was open and honest about wanting to start over and asked to have an account disabled.

    Result? They closed the new account, forced me to use the old and would not return the over 100.00 worth of gear I had sold and bought. This company has only one objective - Take as much money from you as possible.

    Worked last night and this morning. :)

    Here is my take for what is it worth. Even when this issue arises the game still works. You can cancel the pop error. however the bar at the bottom of the screen that says Loading Player Data or Getting Player Profile stays in an infinite loop. I can actually load a course and play if I could see the HUD. To me it seems there is a call somewhere in the log in code that doesn't void when it has no return value it just stays in a loop.

    That is unfortunate, however this user in question was trying to troubleshoot a technical issue, not start his wgt career over. The new account was only to see if there was a bug with his account or all accounts. This is a normal process of elimination when troubleshooting.  I can confer that just about every time it happens to me, I call a buddy and ask him to try to play on his phone and he has the same error. So it doesn't seem to be individual accounts, but rather a issue with code at log in.

    One thing that I did have happen that I mentioned above was logging in a playing on my laptop. After that round finished I was able to log in on my phone without a problem.

    So many things could come into play here. Logging in on multiple devices allowed? What about if when I log in on laptop and set myself to busy. Will that interfere with logging in on a separate device.... it should carry over to device showing not visible to friends, etc. I guess my point is there is so MANY variables in play here. Like I said above I think there is an issue with the code at log in on mobile devices... which is causing a loop.
