Happened to me a couple times in the past and duplicate purchases were made at least once. Usually, when there is a problem, I get the "oops" message, followed by the "new sleeve has been added to your inventory" message.
We're tracking this at the moment. If you can specifically put down what sleeves of balls you were purchasing the dates I would appreciate it.

11/28. Down to 1 in AS. "Bought" a sleeve. Rebought it after the erroneous message. Got everything I paid for. :-)
