  This might be a one time oops or something but I was down to my last ball in AS last night. No biggie, I'll get some more when the prompt comes up. Yop, there it is, clicked on buy now and after a bit of a pause I get the "Oops, something went wrong. Go to the Pro Shop to complete this purchase."  (paraphrased)

  Again, no biggie, went and got them. Today I notice I have 7 balls instead of 4 so I go to my account to see who gifted me balls. Lo and behold, don't I see where I purchased them myself. LOL. Apparently that message in the game that directed me to the Pro Shop wasn't so. 

  Moral of the story-if you buy balls in the game using that prompt and get that message, check to see if you got them anyway.  :-)

  I never buy balls in advance because an early experience (or superstition) of mine was: "The more you have, the more land in the drink." Furtheron, this one-click buy is the easiest way a lazybones can do it.

  This "Oops" message has been wrong on me so often that I don't believe it any more.

  I then suppose that I received the balls and I have never since had to use a Starter.

  These MFer's never cease to amaze me.. lol.. They must have a suggestion box for these scams they come up with.  SMH

  Thanks for reporting this. What you experienced should not occur. Can you contact Support and let them know what happened so we can have a email record of that. Let the agent know if this has ever occurred before too. We apologize for the trouble.

  I never think twice abut buying balls this way and still won't. I just haven't had to buy balls in a few months or I might have seen it sooner. Apparently Alosso has. No biggie.  :-)

  Can you contact Support and let them know what happened so we can have a email record of that.

  I know I wasn't addressed, but from my POV, by posting any observations here, a support agent has been informed - you and the other mods.

  For me, case is closed by informing you and the public - if due, I'd add an in-game report. It's not the clients' task to serve the company hand and foot.

  For you, it's a simple Copy&Paste to email, and you know where to send it - please do so, it's an email record, too.

  This happens to me frequently, as far as I can remember it always has (or at least for a very long time).  While you get the "oops........." message the credits are taken from your account showing the purchase has been made.

  Yep, it happened to me once a long time ago,  ended up doing the same thing as Jim, going to the proshop to get a sleeve during the game.

  Then only to find out I bought two sleeves.  No biggie since it was a sleeve of my regular go-to Callys L33 I(s) at the time.  

  Anytime after that, if I got the "oopsie" pop up, I just check my inventory to see that the sleeve was there or not.
