Kat,  We have our own website for ECGA, with a chat box installed.  The chat box is real time, and very helpful getting games going.  We use word press, but we still have some that never get to the forums there either.  They are missing alot in our club by not getting on.  Word Press does have a mass mailing, but the only problem is if someone responds, everyone gets that response, so if 20 respond, everyone gets all 20.

Kat: One thing that I do because 2/3 or our CC is on skype is to talk it up to the other members & encourage them to  remind the other members who shall we say overlook the CC forum. It has worked, especially with tourneys. Some actually weren't quite sure how to navigate through a lot of the site, so a member on skype to help them along seems to have worked. Having said all that all members are not made the same shall we say & each gets there fun out of WGT in their own way. We can have as much as 60% participation in tourneys & may get  50% in our forum. If there are any clubs that are getting better results I'm all ears.  LOL

That's a good idea ... maybe post a link to the member's wall that navigates them to a forum post.  And inside this post, show the members how to navigate around the forums with some youtube videos.

    Thanks!
