    hi

we get our pin locations from USGA, so if it's there, then it's likely to have been used before for US Open

You can see in the Course Layout section that each day of the 2013 US Open on the Merion East Course, each hole had a different yardage indicating that the USGA used not only different hole placements on each hole each day, but they also use different tee placements on each hole each day.

The longest set up for #5 played 510 yards.

Good info Apex. Its just the pin placement is strange, i have birdied it (luckily i guess), and have been so happy to 1st putt as close as possible to assure a par. Miss it past pin and take it on then a big weeeeeeeeeeee is expected. Very unforgiven, but suppose thats the fun of it, i think lol

US Open venues are purposely set up with little in the way of forgiveness, and we play all of WGT's US Open venues in US Open condition.
