I actually think that it is the best test of golf that we have on WGT.
It makes you take notes and think through your shots, sometimes aim 15 feet away from the pin to be safe. It also will test your short game as the others have said, you know you are going to miss greens and you pretty much have to flop to get up and down.
The fairways are fair and the rough is severe. There are places to run the ball up to the green if you need too.
Outside of hole four, which is an unfair hole at the length WGT has it, the course is long and tough which is how it should be. The 2 par fives are usually 3 shot holes, although hole 5 can be reached with 2 good shots.
I think the putting is pretty easy at Pinehurst if you put the ball in the proper place on the green. All in all I believe this is the gem of WGT.
