Why not add Hilversumsche to the list of closest to the hole challenges. The work is already done, and you have 2 sets of holes.
Pure speculation, but I'd assume it would be due to some sort of agreement with the course/sponsors that they had exclusive rights to it's use. Something along the lines of why we haven't seen any tourneys on Oakmont since the USGA.
