On the new Beth Page 9 hole my 10.5 D driver will not reach the 1st green so I start over 100 ft from the hole.The leader has a total of around 50 ft.My 2 options are to buy a better driver or ace the other 8 holes and end up placing in the top 200.Which should I do?
What a confusing post ! I reach the 1st green just fine with my 210 yard 3 iron, even in the worst headwind I don't need more than 215 to 220 yrds to reach the green. Maybe you should just hit restart till you get a 30 mph tailwind LOL. You say the leader has around 50 feet @ bethpage ? When I look at the pro tier CTTH standings for the current week @ Bethpage the leader has 97 feet. Further you say you want to finish in the top 200, but only the top 70 in ctth competitons get credits. Heck I doubt even 200 people enter so finishing in the top 200 should be no problem. Now as far as your options go, I suggest acing the other 8 holes. good luck
