    Eight years of membership here has convinced me that something only get fixed if it is inconveniencing an employee as well as a customer.

    The "Bug Log" is actually a great deflector of problems for WGT. WGT can depend on the members to come up with workarounds. A workaround of any type plays right into their hands. Once a workaround is identified, WGT no longer has an incentive to work on it. WGT merely changes the item from "glitch/problem/error" to "new feature" and focuses on introducing unwanted new things to the game instead of fixing old problems.

    New features are added as employees want, not what the regular customers want. "Product Suggestions" only provides a feel good place for people to mistakenly believe  they are being taken seriously but in fact WGT doesn't take them seriously. Suggestions to make the game more realistic and the most popular suggestions are routinely ignored.

    This company has made an art form out of hiding behind a veil of silence and lying to the customer when they aren't silent. Apologizing to the customer for lying or treating them poorly apparently is against company policy, too.
