  Hey all, I usually don't comment on this subject, but I thought maybe I could interject a different viewpoint, a devils advocate if you will. I have to say...that it doesn't bother me as much as it used to. Really, there's nothing we can do about it, and it's not like there's anything on the line in the game anyway. The main reason I play with others is for the conversation...not the competition. The competition lies within myself and besting my own game. It doesn't matter to me who I play with...from Hack to Legend. I really enjoy giving advice to the newer players, and taking advice from the more seasoned ones. If they don't finish the game, then it's no skin off my back and doesn't really effect what I'm doing on the course. My advice for all would be to sit back and enjoy the game itself, and don't let the actions of others ruin your own state of mind. Good Swinging, -Long

  I totally agree Long... until they lock the round up upon departure. Otherwise I could care less. A major lack of etiquette on they're part but it's they're round to do as they please.

  I have to agree with you there.  It stinks when the game freezes up, especially if I'm like  -5 on the 7th hole.  But it doesn't really happen that often.

  it may be thier round to do as they please, but not when it adversly affects another player on that round.  when they have squandered my time, my sincere efforts to play well, which includes mental, physical and emotional processes, this should demand some kind of action, but alas wgt will not relent on thier stand by and do nothing position.  i personally will make an entry on the offending player?, no,  QUITTERS home page.  if additional dialog is forhtcoming good.  clear the air get it out in the open where everyone can recognize just who the QUITTERS are.  my 2 cents again and again and again on this subject.

  Once again...totally agree. Thought thats what I originally stated. I don't care if they quit...I do care when it locks others round.
