  That was my first thought as well, but that club, while small, is also highly active, no dead weight and active owner as well. I did check before posting. Ed's +1 was directed to the quoted, but the rest seems directed to the op who does have just one friend. As I said, just a bit confused because it shows to the average forum reader and clicker, our club in a way that it definitely is not. I'm sure there is a simple explanation but I did not come up with an "obvious" one, thus the post.

  Ed was definitely not referring to the GLGCC. If so, the research was faulty. As for my suggestion, it was not directed at any CC and was just that, a suggestion to improve.  It certainly has helped me improve.

  Obviously, I know from daily reading of the forum that Ed is one of the good guys.

  Upon further sleuthing, I have hit upon the obvious mix-up. Upon checking out the op's one friend, he viewed that guys club which fits his description to the tee, and the club, laughably, is called Quitters Not Welcome, lol.

  Obviously, this was the club that Ed mixed up with the op's club.

  Obviously, I was concerned as my club strives to maintain high standards

  Obviously, I just wanted it to be cleared up or clarified that it was not our club being referred to, as any good club member/director/owner would.

  No harm, no foul Ed. All is good!
