I'll field this one WGT....as far as stroke play goes, yes just the 4 courses. It costs money and time to develop new courses, (frankly I wish they would have taken the time to develop something other than Oakmont, I've never broken 63 on that course), more time than anything else, they need the course dimensions, not to mention the permission of the course...I assume.
