  Tnx Twominusone for the very detailed & well thought out reply. I suppose I am just a little impatient to get the ball rolling. I have a good idea of what I want & need to do when (if) the club is bigger. I have been with a few clubs, most recently Majestic Mountain where I helped drive them up from a top thirty club to a top five club. I ran lots of the tournies & other stuff.

  I cant invite any friends who are members af any past clubs as I am still on good terms with the owners even though I have been away from the game for nearly a year and only recently returned.

  I guess what I was looking for was a few "mercenaries"  to help make the club look like a busy place & help drive up some XP points, - but thats just my impatience coming through

  Again thanks for the help.

  Knew you were at clubs , and wondered where you had gone lol

  Anyway, as per arrows agreeing with twominusone in previous, i cant add much more

  Recruitment can be a pain, i do it at SEL and i never ask folks in other clubs (except one....but i guess i warned him enough lol).

  Your right to ask on here, the way you are doing, as i know its teaching your Ganny to suck eggs explaining the trawling though weeklies etc etc that you can do.

  Again as you know, if L and above and never been in club, chances are the invite is a waste of yours and their time.

  Adverts i do have been succesful, folks contact me through them, but some come and dont really take to all we do there, so they dont last, others though have been fantastic

  So wait for your button to flash at top, take them on board and you can easy remove if they dont join in.

  It seems  you may be humour impaired, I finished my original post with the following line

  I see ur keen on having symbols of jest such as a "lol"maybe, if u look closely the very last item in my post was a "smiley icon". Generally this is used as an indication of humour, although maybe this veils may humour as much as u veiled your irritation.

   

  If you like I will send you an invitation to IRISH EX-PATS country club where we will be having plenty of humorous banter known in Ireland as the "craic" LOL
