Mobile platform may be the death of this game in the end. Less & less people ar buying PC's & laptops, we are being seen as dinosaurs. Phones & tablets are becoming all pervasive. I myself am slowly using my phone for more & more online functions that I used to use my pc.

So by the time my current PC dies I will have to seriously consider if I would buy a new one as the only use for it I will have is probably playing WGT.

I seem to remember this comment was made when the mobile platform was first released. Many disagreed, but I think it still holds true, for exactly the reasons put forward above.

Lets see what WGT is like in a few years time. Aimed solidly at the tablet and mobile market is my guess.

    mikeb68:

I have been playing this game for a while and at tour pro level. I want to join a country club who are friendly and active. There are so many choices and when I look up so many clubs I see so many members who haven't played in years.

    Any suggestions or helpful hints

    Mike

Look  for a club that has easy to follow  forums so to stay in the know as to wats happening  with club activity .....  you might want to  shy away from  the  the guy with the most posts  unless  you really love reading ...  in which case i suggest you just stay off wgt and curl up with a good book ...good luck

Some of the twists and turns and drama in these threads, make for better reading than in many novels...lol
