But, it would not have much effect:
From a tee area of 5 yds width, the angle of a shot to a point in 200 yds distance varies by measly 1.4 degrees, for 100 yds distance it's 2.8 degree difference between left and right. Now you tell me what difference that may make concerning the outcome of a shot and if this justifies the effort to program it.
These numbers show that in the real game, the choice of left or right only has an influence on the most important 5 inches in the game, the space between your ears (according to Bobby Jones).
