It seems strange that the main selling point from WGT about these balls is their durability, when in fact it is the same as for the Callaways.

    PRIESTESS:
you cant compare them to Callaways because the Callays have more dots everywhere except durability,

The dots are deceptive! The Callaways last longer, perform better and slow the erratic meter down more.

Would have been good to see a pro v ball, although Titleist obviously won't have anything to do with WGT! How about Taylormade and their TP and Burner balls to accompany their clubs,or even a range of 80's multi coloured Pings lol!

    Just a note on duarbility,

I started with a fresh one this morning and played five 9 holes rounds (two were RG's so they won't show up for a bit) with maybe 4 or 5 scramble shots (chip/flops), and the ball is still in the "red", maybe have another 2 holes or so left out of it.

The worst thing that could happen to the game, is that the time involved from a newbie shooting 80 something, to low and sub 60s, is drastically reduced on account of better and better equipment.

This has already happened. Took an absolute age for me to get a -4 or -5 when I started, now people are doing it within a month or 6 weeks. They gotta buy some clubs/balls to do it though. Any more improvements, would just make the game too easy. (look at Congressional qualifying scores for proof, even if it is a much easier course than others)

The new balls, driver and now the new irons don't really leave much scope to bring out further improved clubs or balls I would have thought.

Those dots aren't filled up yet.   :-)

Yep and then all WGT has to do is add a 6th dot...HB3
