First you are whinning about some useless coins . Coins that serve no purpose and have absolutely no value what so ever . WGT is not going to refund them and probably wont fix that bug either .Sorry that you got suckered and ripped off but that`s just the way it is .Since this has happened to you multiple times , one would think you`d know better by now . So its no ones fault but your own .The lesson to learn is simple , dont bet what you cant afford to lose . Post their name on your profile blog start a cheat list naming them one and all .
I have seen some of these names including the ones who +1 and it isnt simply about whether you value coins or not. Yes they have no value, but they are used for turf wars and coin matches so they have value in that regard. edit - "the value assigned by WGT for the coins "taken" from me which they sale to mobile players if they choose to buy them would be anywhere from $46.57 to $19.50 depending on which level of coins you buy given discounts are given the more you buy! So when WGT assigns a cash value to coins and a player essentially takes over $20 from you by exploiting this bug or glitch...it is taking something that has been assigned value because they are used within the structure of the mobile game!
I have also read about this same type of thing happening in "skins matches" on the desktop which also effectively takes a win from an opponent...people on here know this and exploit it. Those people should be penalized in some way.
The sheer indignant indifference to the OP plight is rather disappointing especially given i have admired and respected post and comments from some of the names i viewed.
Also Wgt is making money on the mobile game and sales coins so they are effectively stealing if the same thing happened to someone in a skins game and "stole" the win. If you want to uphold the integrity of the game and if wgt wants to continually uphold the value of participating in coins matches then it should be looked at.
You dont get to choose who you play on coin matches...they are randomly assigned. The closest thing to being able to pick your opponent is in the highest stakes where fewer people play so your odds of meeting someone go up if it is slow and fewer people playing. edit
Sometimes it can be the principle of the matter and it isnt the persons fault for playing the game when it is a bug or glitch in the game that allows this to happen.
update: WGT reportedly looked into my complaint to them and did reimburse me my entry fee for the match I played. To my knowledge nothing happened to the other player and I ended up coming across them in a lower stakes coin room. Yes, I was tempted to just leave without forfeiting but then I would be no better than that person. When I confronted them in chat, they simply gave taunting replies because this time they got lucky enough to actual earn their win. Sadly, blocking a player does not appear to prevent them from still being match up against you in a coin match.
