  Of the 5 courses you ca play, with the remaining courses being blocked from stroke play, what course of those 5 , have the flatest , no undulations surface?

  Firstly, the other courses aren't blocked from stroke play .... they were designed solely as CTTH courses, and I wouldn't expect to see them  as anything but that.

   To answer you question though, Bethpage easily has more reasonably flat greens than the other courses, especially the front 9.....#2,  the back half of #3, #5, #6, #9 .. all good holes to waste a little time doing some putting practice.

  I guess I would ask  why you would want flat greens, learn to put on the other greens and it will help your game more.

  Playing on the easiest course only gives you a false average, try to play equally on all the courses and not quit stroke play games and your average will be more true.

  Even though BPB has the flattest greens, there are other aspects to it that are more difficult i.e. no ability to run it onto the green.  Easiest course overall is St. Andrews IMO.  C

  I agree with C.  St. A is the easiest, overall.  And BPB may be the flattest, but I think #15 has the most insane green in WGT.  The front hole location the cup is on the side of a cliff.

  One thing I have never done is hit to the front of that green when the hole is in the back.  I can't imagine what the elevation would be for the putt.  Like 4'?

  I think it is over 3 feet.  I was left down there in an alt shot game a few weeks ago.

  I've been on the other side a couple of times where the hole was at the bottom and I was putting from the upper half of the green.  When you are on tournament greens and you see 32' and down 3' and there is yellow and orange on the green, you know you're in trouble.  I putted my ball like it was a 6' putt and the ball rolled back into the fairway.  It was ugly.

  I also give props to Oakmont #2 when the flag is right behind the bunker on the left.  It's one of my saved replays where I swear the ball rolled for an hour.

  The way I calculate my putts for tourney greens, 32 feet with 3' of downhill slope would result in negative distance.  LOL
