nice second round from racoondad. having shot 69 first time out, he posted 56 to leave him currently tied for fourth! i suppose that goes to show what you can do with the pressure off a little.

still a lot of second rounds due to be posted. every second of practice counts i guess? lol.

Huge congrats to great rounds with 1st round scores in the 50s to stonecold and funkyjunk in horrid conditions!! Wow.... really WOW!

Racoondad, congrats on having low round (56) of tourney thus far, with mrenn (usopen winner) and  Jbooch (wtg Boo!) also having  terrific second rounds of 57!!!

Congrats to our most consistent player Hanswurst72 in the clubhouse with 3shot lead and score of 121 (62/59)

Wtg all whom qualified  and playing in the tourney and goodluck to those of you who have yet to post second round !

    Oh what coulda been lol

Started off +4 after 4, had a perfect meter and a very kind set of winds. Had a really bad case of Earlyitis and was punished accordingly. After #4, the nerves were gone & the twitch in the finger was replaced by a numbness. Slamming mouse on it definitely took care of the twitch. Ended my round with a semi-respectable 64 and I should've snooped around a little more to find a better formula for champ greens. Man, they was slick.

Congrats to all who qualified & best of luck to all with their 2nd rounds.

Maybe too little, too late, Switz, but I read a formula that worked well for me on the champ greens in the US Open (missed this one by one bleepin' stroke)- the 1.4 rule.  Divide the distance (plus/minus the slope) by 1.4 and you should be good, assuming these greens are similar.
