I was wondering as to why the 2 other golf courses that have hosted the US Open in the last 5 years  have not been added to WGT since they have a deal with USGA to use the venue for the US open?

    The past 5 US Opens

Oakmont US Open in 2007. We have and it is great thank you.

Torry Pines US Open in 2008.  Where is it? Why is it not added in the rotation?

Bethpage Black US Open in 2009. We have and it is great thank you.

Pebble Beach US Open in 2010.  Where is it? Why is it not added in the rotation?

Congressional US Open 2011. We have and it is great thank you.

Seems strange that we got Oakmont then they skipped a year and course( Torry Pines 2008) and added BPB and skipped another year and course(Pebble Beach 2010) and added Congressional.

WGT had not entered into an agreement with the USGA until the arrangement of the first Virutal US Open in 2009 at Bethpage.   And part of the arrangement was to use Oakmont (the site of the 2010 Womens US Open) for the 2010 Virtual US Open (not Pebble)
