One thing is the game play harder & another thing is the game play ''realistic'', i'm always going to ask for the second, (taken in count this is a computer game ofcourse)

Anyone who has play this little game for a while know's the most close way to play realistic/harder are Uneven lies & starter balls, good clubs helps, but what really make the gameplay of this game (a GOLF game) are the changes over the field, play a Golf game like if was a billar table from anyplace its not realisitc & not much fun

    Luckystar5:
I have found the flop shot, to be very effective, if I'm short of the green, and the pin is in the back half of the green, away from me.  It eliminates any, and all the undulations of the green, out of the equation.  I, also concur with your sand scenerio..

Flop Shots are part of our arsenal. Fantastic on STA and RSG

From the fairway, the only place on St. Andrews that I can think where I would use a flop is the 5th hole, front pin location, and just off the green in front. Everywhere else, I would use either punch, pitch, or choked-down full shot.

Well, maybe I might use it just off the green of the 14th hole as well (again front hole location). Still, in both cases, I would use it considerably less than 100% of the time.

In my opinion, the pitch and punch shots are the most consistent shots in the game. WalkofLife's 50-yard punch chart is fantastic.
