  Very good video Ezzy, great to see how others do it. 

  And it is a very accurate method for sure.

  I did a similar sheet a few years back. I've since reduced it to a down and dirty method. 

  Anyway. A good stopwatch is important. The one I used can be found

  I actually have a handheld stopwatch my wife bought for the kids a long time ago.
