First - do not take the distance associated with a club as any exact measure of how far a shot can go. The clubs in a real life golf bag do not have yardages engraved on them.
Second, looking at your stats, you probably just need to practice - really practice more - to learn more about how your clubs and balls perform in different situations.
Most of the better players here have spent hours on end hitting balls in practice mode to find out how they perform from various lies, with various spins, and in varioous winds. I have done so and I hit from the tee, fairway, various rough lies, various bunker lies, various amounts and direction of spin, and in various power levels for each club and record the results for carry and total distance.
It takes a lot of time and a lot of golf balls, but you get a handle on your equipment performance this way. Thus, you need to do this with the equipment you play - including your standard ball. BTW - that ball you are playing will not take spin.
And then, you will also find that different courses and specific holes have their own quirks and tendencies that you just learn over time.
Good luck.
