    TotteSwede:
Several Legends in my CC has shelved their Burner 2.0s and gone back to G10s,

Do you know why? Sure would appreciate some additional feedback prior to taking the plunge.

    Thanks.

Probably for the lower meter speed of the G10s that matches their other clubs.  That is probably the biggest challenge of the Burner irons - a slightly faster swing speed that is different from your woods and wedges.  C

Ain't that the truth! How about advice on how to deal with it? The only thing I can find that works for me is to consciously remind myself before the swing and it's real easy to forget to do this when you're focused on the game.  Any other ideas?

Ya, that is a big concern. I have been there in the past and at worst had 3 different swing speeds, it was a nightmare to say the least. I always seem to have forgot what speed was what and was all over the course. I suppose 2 might be manageable seeing that my drivers would match the clevelands if I decided to upgrade those as well. Others here seem comfortable with it, so if I do this I guess I should probably not drink too much yeagar while playing. That though kind of sucks as well, LOL.

    Thanks for your reply.

Take a rubber band, put it around your wrist.  Before each shot, pull it back as far as you can and let it go.  This will remind you to check which club you are using.  Also works for breaking other bad habits.  :-)  C
