when you are taking your backswing the lines on each side of the ding start to
come together from wide to narrow.is it better to wait till they have stopped or

Its best to release as soon as possible. The closer the lines get together the faster the green line will descend. That is the forgiveness factor. Hope this helps. Happy Golfing. MEL1950
