  Do some of the holes at St. Andrews only have one pin placement? Specifically for Hole 3 (back right), Hole 9 (front left), and Hole 12 (front left). As far as I remember every time the flags for these holes are always in one spot whenever I play it. Or was I not paying enough attention to the subtle changes in pin placement? Just wondering.

  Hole 12 definitely has a second pin placement on the upper tier at the back. I think Hole 9 may have a second pin placement although it's still on the left hand side of the green. You may be right about Hole 3 only having the one.

  hi

  all holes on STA have 2 pin placements.

  in #2 the 1 placement is right side 10ft or so from the 'resting' area. the 2nd pin placement about 10 yhards left and 10 yards up.

  on #9 1 pin is on left edge while other about 10 yards right and 10 yards closer

  and for #12 1 pin in in front and 2nd on top of the ridge.

  you may not be getting others due to playing ranked rounds and your tier keep getting harder or easier pin. you can get other by having a different tiered player start the game or playing in practice mode.

  Thanks...I didn't know about the pin location on #12 at all probably because of my tier. And #3 and #9 they both looked like they only had 1 pin because the differences were so subtle.
